  18. Sometime  I  wanted  to  compare  some  kinds  of investments (fonds of stocks,
  19. securities,  estates,  deposits  etc.).   The  reason  was to find out the pure
  20. profit  made.  The only thing I want to know is the investment which yields the
  21. most money.  That was the reason for creating this sheet.  Till now you can use
  22. it  for  fonds  of stocks, estates and securities distributing the profit.  For
  23. fonds  thesauring  maybe  some  small changes are needed, this will probably be
  24. done  in  the next releases.  Also I want to do some changes for deposits month
  25. by month, but it's a little bit difficult to do.  The sheet supports yet random
  26. calls  following  the first one.  If you've only straight bonds, you don't need
  27. such  a  sheet, because of fixed interest rates.  The values calculated by this
  28. sheet  are  not  correct  to  the  last  cent,  but  usable.  I don't need more
  29. accuracy.   The  calculated  "profits" are more accurate the longer the runtime
  30. is.  If you want more features for this sheet, then you should contact me.

  47. Irgendwann  wollte  ich mal verschiedene Geldanlagen (Aktienfonds, Rentenfonds,
  48. Immobilienfonds,  Festzinssparen  etc.)  miteinander  vergleichen.   Bei diesem
  49. Vergleich  ging  es  mir  um  den  Nettogewinn.  Denn nichts anderes möchte ich
  50. wissen,  als  mit  welcher  Anlage  ich mehr Geld erzielen konnte.  Das war der
  51. Anstoss, diese Tabelle zu entwerfen. Bisher kann man diese Tabelle für Aktien-,
  52. Renten-   sowie   Immobilienfonds   mit   Ertragssauschüttung   benutzen.   Für
  53. thesaurierende  Fonds  müssten eventuell kleinere Anpassungen geschehen, welche
  54. ich  vermutlich demnächst in Angriff nehme.  Monatliche Anlagebeträge werde ich
  55. auch  noch  berücksichtigen,  diese  erfordern  jedoch  etwas  mehr  Rafinesse.
  56. Zufällige,   später   getätigte  Nachkäufe  von  Anteilen  werden  schon  jetzt
  57. berücksichtigt.   Für Festzinsanlagen braucht man solch eine Tabelle eigentlich
  58. nicht,  da  man  ja einfach den gesparten Betrag errechnen kann.  Diese Tabelle
  59. rechnet  sicher  nicht auf den Pfennig genau, jedoch sind brauchbare Ergebnisse
  60. zu  erwarten.   Für  meine  Zwecke  reicht  sie vollkommen.  Und der berechnete
  61. "Zinsgewinn"  (Rendite)  lässt  sich immer  besser  voraussagen,  je länger die
  62. Laufzeit  andauert.   Falls Bedarf an einer Erweiterung dieser Tabelle besteht,
